Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please email us at support@earthlykindness.com with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@earthlykindness.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right — either with a refund or replacement.
